Q. Who is NuSKOR and how does our program work?

A. NuSKOR is a software company. This allows us to provide consistent results for every client. Our dispute engine will identify your negative items, create a strategy to challenge those items, and present the disputes exactly how the credit bureaus want to see them. Your only choice is if you want to do it yourself or have us handle everything.
Q. What is the difference between NuSKOR and NuSUITE?

A. NuSKOR is our "Do It Yourself" platform. Create your account, link your SmartCredit® report, and our software will walk you through the rest. The cost is $29.95 per month + postage. All monthly payments are made to SmartCredit®. 

NuSUITE is our "Full Service" option. Most clients prefer this as we take care of everything after initial enrollment. The cost is $79.95 per month. Your SmartCredit® account and postage are included in your monthly fee. You will also have a member portal to track all work being done.
Q. Does NuSKOR require a long term commitment?

A. Absolutely not. We are a month-to-month service. However, most clients are with us for an average of four months. If you need to cancel your service, simply let us know by emailing 
support@nuskor.com. Please note that if you are in our DIY service, you will need to cancel your account with SmartCredit® directly. You can access your SmartCredit® account here.
Q. Is NuSKOR’s credit repair service guaranteed to improve my score?

A. While no credit repair company can guarantee specific results, we strive to improve your credit score by challenging negative and inaccurate information on your credit report. Our success in helping clients restore credit gives us confidence in our approach, but results vary by individual.
Q. How can I track the status of my credit repair?

A. Our
member portal provides real-time updates on the disputes and improvements happening on your credit report. You can log in anytime to view the progress we’ve made, monitor your credit scores, and see which negative items have been removed. 
Q. Is my personal and financial information safe with NuSKOR?

A. Absolutely. At NuSKOR, your privacy is our priority. We use advanced encryption technology and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to protect your data throughout the credit repair process. We never share your information with third parties outside the credit repair process without your consent.
Q. What happens if a dispute is unsuccessful?

A. If the credit bureaus do not agree to remove or correct an item, our software will review the decision and escalate the dispute. Some disputes may require multiple attempts, but our software remains persistent in advocating for your financial well-being.
